Pick any character from the discover page and start chatting. The AI understands context, remembers what you've said in the conversation, and responds in the character's personality. No setup needed — just type and go.

You can browse all characters without an account. To start chatting you'll need to sign in — it takes 30 seconds with just your email (no password required).

Characters always reply in the language you write in. If you message in English, you get English back. If you switch to Hindi mid-conversation, the character switches too.

Yes — you can explore every character and chat for free. The free tier gives you a fresh batch of messages every day (25 by default) that resets every 24 hours. If you want unlimited conversations or messages on demand, you can upgrade to Premium or buy a one-time message pack.

Premium gives you unlimited conversations with every character, 30 minutes of voice calls per month, access to all current and future characters, an ad-free experience, and priority support. Monthly or yearly billing — yearly saves you the most.

Absolutely. No contracts, no cancellation fees. If you cancel, your Premium access continues until the end of your current billing period.

Subscriptions are non-refundable as a general rule, but we do issue refunds in specific cases: billing errors, first-time subscribers within 3 days who have sent fewer than 25 messages, annual plan auto-renewals within 5 days of renewal (if unused), and verified platform outages exceeding 48 hours. EU/EEA/UK users have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. To request a refund, use the Support page and we'll respond within 5 business days. Full details are in our Terms of Service.

Yes. Your conversations are stored securely and are never shared with other users or used for advertising. We may review a sample of conversations for safety and quality purposes. Messages are processed by a third-party AI provider (xAI/Grok) and are never used for ads.

Dede is for users 18 and over. Responses are generated by xAI's Grok model, a third-party AI service. Characters are built with safety guidelines, but like any AI, output can occasionally be unexpected — report anything that seems off.

Go to Support → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account, all conversations, and any active subscription. The action is irreversible.

Characters are created and curated by the Dede team. We focus on quality, personality depth, and making sure each character has a distinct voice and purpose.

Yes! You can create your own character from the Create page. Give them a name, description, personality traits, and an avatar — either upload your own image or generate one with AI. Your character will be available to chat with right away.

Yes. Dede is fully responsive and works great on mobile browsers. A dedicated mobile app is on the roadmap.
